Great store. Very nice people. They helped fix my broken side mirror. Good prices and staff treated me as a person not just a number.
Absolutely disappointing service, 20mins on hold just to talk to someone and when I finally did talk to someone just straight out rude. The lady would just put you on hold before you would stop speaking. I had several things I wanted to purchase but this makes me feel to go somewhere else. Your loss.
Great store. they fitted our replacement Toyota landcruiser side mirror as it was broken. Good customer service. in and out in less then 10 minutes . We will be back again.
I have been emailing and calling for the past three weeks. Phone is disconnected and they don't answer emails.
Accidental death insurance - I am in victoria and in lockdown for the past 7 weeks and THE BIG INSURANCE company cannot assist us in a reduced or stop our payments during the second wave. I CANCELLED THE POLICY. Now they will NOT refund the half month premium. no more business ever from me. suggest not to do business with this company.

4 to 6 weeks waiting time is a bit rich maybe hire more people its not like they are cheap mirrors
