In an account holder at clean away. The weigh bridge team are amazing and never any issues until you meet the English guy who runs the public tip off area like its Area 51. He made me load up 4 batts of insulation today or he was going to radio and extra charge to an account holder who does 5 loads per week minimum. I’d suggest you train the guy in people skills
Very slow. And big wait times.nnSince when has the two car limit in the unloading shed been implemented?nnAvoid if you're in a rush
Beware of the new layout - VERY slow unload times.nI don't understand why the dumping process has changed to dumping in a shed with only 2 cars aloud to access per a time, then wait for people hand unloading or staff cleaning the ground or wait for bins to be shuffled around etc. Basically be prepared for high disposal costs ANOTHER INCREASE $400+ a Tonne now and now ridiculous waiting times - The current process needs to be reviewed here and I will re Review this review nce that's done.nVISIT 1 - 2 Cars ahead of me, Waiting 35 - 40 minutes with an apprentice - we have tipper trailers so basically waiting for a 5 minute tip/unload.nVISIT 2 - 3 Cars ahead - 45 Minute wait, Had no choice but to wait as I drove here with a full load.nVISIT 3 - One of the first cars in line in the morning - Yet 30 Minutes. How??nnI do multiple loads weekly / Fortnightly. If there isn't any changes I will be going to Sandringham, Although Sandringham is smaller - Its slightly cheaper and no long wait times. Its just dead money if i am paying employees to sit at a tip and wait for such a simple and quick task. We bought tippers to save time in disposal cost, not waste time sitting and waiting.
I closed our account with cleanaway and they are charging us $150 for there bin to be collected + extra charges for paper work . We don’t have a contract with them what a rip off. These big companies are just taking advantage of all of us with their extra costs
Well well well i pay $350 better i here bin if i know, they don’t exactly tell you how much it’s gonna cost, they just tell you surprise price after you trow you rubbish, it’s like TRAP and that’s lady who’s work there very rude,
