Instructed 9 bins will be picked up on 6th November 24. Bins placed on the footpath as instructed day before,nSpoke with our accounts manager only by sms does not answer calls why have not the bins been picked up. He said he will look into it. Numerous attempts to contact the manager bins are still here 4 weeks later.
The gent working the weighbridge is a legend - really nice guy, super helpful.nnRates are cheaper than the Monash waste transfer station - free cardboard disposal here too which is a big plus.nnMore advice to others than a complaint, but there's a decent few potholes on the road in, so take it easy as you drive through.
The staff are very rude, and they scale the weight not right. I drop off some timber light weight, never think it’s going to a ton but they scale it 1,3 ton. DO NOT go here
They charged me unexpected amount for about half 500 kg concrete to tip $335.00 so I didn't have that much money in my they didn't accept cash so I couldn't pay than they forced to go and pick up the concrete than I reload the concrete and got out they made me so upset I didn't expected that much unkind hopefully it will not happen to other people I don't know how they have 5 star in their website
female at the booth is rude. Plus the tipping fees are out of control. 14/5/24 $350 to drop a trailer load of cork ceiling tiles total weight .66t. yet week prior 06/05/24 to drop of 1.02t was $361. plus the dirt road into and out of the tip area is full of massive pot holes, dips which just ruins the suspension of trailers vans & especially cars. they never ever rake the track flat to fill holes. with the massive bulldozers they have there you would think they would take a few minutes to run over the dirt track and level it out, but no, its not about the customer experience, its about doing as little for your maximum payment.nVery happy to take your money and do nothing to make it easier to get in and out and rip you off with excessive made up fees and be rude when you question the excessive fee being told dont come back, to which I replied I wont. I tried to speak to a cleanaway manager at head office to explain why the difference in charges or what the definitions mean and I get out on hild for 15 minutes and told the manager is not available on calls only by email and the call taker cant explain it find the definitions,. Told to email my complaint. Not helpful and easier to vote with your feet and stay away. I will. I have been spending an average of $800 per month, not any more. going to Cheltenham from now on.
