I think the place and machines could be cleaner. Good amount of washing machines but only three dryers. Nowhere to sit down or a basin with water to dampen a cloth to wipe down the machines or dilute your detergent. The instructions labels are worn out. I used this laundromat out of necessity but I do not recommend.
Just did washing all good, put clothes in dryer added the $3 for 24 minutes… came out the same condition it went in………wet ‍. Might need to check the gas people…..
No problems when you want to wash or dry your clothing,enough machines and not crowded like other places
We had an issue with one of the machines and the owner came to help within 10 mins, she was super friendly and great quick service!
No change machine, or ability to pay with card. Prices weren't clearly labelled. $6 or $7 wash, $1 for 8 per minutes to dry. Labels on machine were worn off, basically a lucky dip on which setting you were choosing. Dryer to washing machine ratio meant you were often left with multiple people waiting to dry.
$20.00 in dryer and still the same as when came out of washer. Fix your dryers.
Clean and all machines working. Important to press the start button on the dryer for a full 3 seconds. We missed the sign but called the number and the guy was super helpful and gave us our money back to do it again. If he’s there he’ll happily provide change otherwise you’ll need to byo $1 coins.
Filthy floors. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned for 6 months. Some machines were in need of repair. Sympathy goes out to the serviceman who was called out to service a machine that had the wrong money inserted in it. He required us to know more about the machines because he then opened the lid on a top loader and cancelled the spin cycle. When the man came back to get his clothes, they were sitting in water because they hadn't spun out. He wasn't happy. The room wasn't clean because there was dirt, dust and fluff around all the machine bases. Clean as a whistle, it is not.
Used 2 washing machines here, 1 worked fine but the other seemed as if it hadn’t washed and then the clothes were excessively wet when the cycle finished. So I ring the number on the wall... the phone gets answered ‘what do you want’ so I say ‘um pardon’, then ‘are you a tourist?’, ‘erm yes, what difference does that make’....??? ‘I’ll come have a look, be patient!’ Wow absolutely terrible!!!! Also looks as if the place doesn’t get cleaned. Don’t waste your money.
Clean as a Whistle!!! Yeah right... one of the most dirtiest laundromats I have ever used. Shame on the owners for taking their customers money and giving very little in return. I won't be using your laundromat again or shall I recommend it to others.
