Absolutely 5 star local butcher! Wide arrange of quality produce and highly knowledgeable staff. They're sausages are amazing! They have the little things like offering cheerios to the kids and remembering customers names so they make you feel welcome and part of the Clayfield community.
Ordered a Christmas Ham. It was the most delicious Christmas Ham we’ve ever bought. Smoky flavoured they smoke them themselves to perfection, delicious best quality meat , not too dry. Presented like something out of a Christmas Carol. Apart from that we’ve bought some of their steaks and sausages this year. Equally as good. Highly recommend. You really do get what you pay for with this guys.
Staff are very knowledgeable on how to cook and prepare meat. They eat what they sell so they always tell you how they prefer things to be made. I find this adds a better customer service experience.

So normally go to butcher at toombul. Never a bad experience. First time in a while here. Bought a pre marinated chicken meal and meat was off. Worst part my freezer had stopped working so was only meat I had. Would recommend you ask how long have you had that there... lucky picked up on first bite. Salmonella would of been nadty
Superb meat. Dont be put off if you think youve seen cheaper, the quality is high. Their large BBQ Beef sausages are particularly good, not too fatty.
Perfect. What else can I say? I bought some Wagyu Rib Fillet from here last week and shared it with a good friend. Not only did I cook it perfectly, but I know that the guys at this butcher know exactly what they're doing.
Im not sure where those reviews came from.... ive had nothing but quality meat and outstanding service. I always see all the workers out front and they are always helpful. Cheers guys pork chops are amazing!
Best butcher in Brisbane. Great selection of meat and reasonably priced. The only place I go to buy my meat and the service is fantastic.
Excellent selection of quality meats and all sorts of things to go along with any BBQ/meal with great customer service
