I'm sure the place, and the service they provide is a wonderful idea, and probably usually works well. I was unlucky, and struck a young man whose attitude and manner left a lot to be desired. He needs to learn some basic manners, cultivate a welcoming manner, learn some respect, and have some patience and empathy. His reaction to my distress was to stand up and open the door for me to leave! Certainly didn't give me any confidence or happiness that I was willingly assisted!
