Without a doubt the worst spare parts department on the planet, and this is not a one off this is every time I use them. Constantly have to call back to follow up on parts myself, parts not getting delivered, parts not being ordered from east, parts forgotten to send, the list just goes on and on. Stay clear if you can they are bloody USELESS!!!!!
