On arrival we were warmly greeted and the staff took the time to explain what was around the hotel. They even provided us with a map and showed us how to get around, which was a really nice touch.nnOur room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was perfect as well nnBreakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. We could order eggs cooked exactly the way we liked,I had poached eggs and my wife had scrambled & the variety was vast and abundant & plus the coffee was superb, and the staff were excellent—very attentive to detail, friendly, and always cheerful. Their positive attitude really made the experience even better.nnEven though it was the Grand Prix weekend and the hotel would have been extremely busy, everything still ran smoothly and we felt very well looked after.nnOverall, our stay was 10/10. Great hotel, location and service. We had a wonderful stay at Clarion Suites in Melbourne. Staffs were very accommodating, especially Elvie. Kids had lots of fun in the pool. There were no issues using the pool during the cold Christmas day as its an indoor pool. We will choose Clarion Suites again if we travel to Melbourne in the future.

Absolutely fabulous stay while travelling when u want a fully quipped apartment with all the convenience of a hotel. The staff were delightful.  Front Office always had time to assist with any queries, and were genuinely engaging.  And personal touches included a staff member popping by with a welcome, and a comp drink was offered in the Bar.nnThe Housekeeping team jumped in quickly when I had a request, and a little thing like the quality of the linen didn’t go unnoticed. I think they were the plushest towels I’ve found anywhere.  I did flag with Maintenance that an LED light was out in the sitting room, and it was addressed at once.  Faultless.nnFinally, the location is perfect, and my decision to book a river view provided stunning views of the light show on the Southbank side. While close to the railway line, the bedroom windows are double glazed to soundproof.nnI could not fault this stay on any level.

I think we have found our ”go to” place in Melbourne. Location is perfect. Elvie and Neil from reception made our 50th Wedding Anniversary extra special. They went above and beyond, really put a sparkle in our day. Parking entrance straight into hotel.nGreat idea to have A La Carte breakfast addition to the Buffet… Our Tex Mex was cooked to perfection, authentic tasting beefnStaff friendly and Professional

Stayed here for four nights. The location was great, although a bit noisy at times due to nearby trains and road works. Our room had a lovely river view, but it wasn’t as clean as expected, and we had to ask the staff multiple times to separate the beds and set up the lounge bed.nnThe breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but we often had to make repeated requests — including asking for an extra towel each day for the third person in our room. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow.
