Understanding the lotto kiosk is not the bread & butter of 777 Pharmacy East Perth, I don't expect that the staff who serve customers at the kiosk treat us like we are a burden to their working lives. To the young lady who served myself and all customers before me in the queue with a sense of irritation, perhaps a customer service position is not for you. To the management of the business, your staff may need more training on how not to serve customers. Alternatively, do not offer a lotto kiosk if the business is not happy to provide this happily. I will not come to 777 Pharmacy East Perth for my pharmaceutical or lottery needs in the future.
It's my local so what can I say I've always been satisfied. The service is pretty darn good so it's highly regarded in my eyes. Staff are always helpful and reasonably knowledgeable. %
AMAZING people ! I am a bit of a handful and every single time I have ever needed help , up to and including a serious medical episode ,they have been there . They were quick to learn my first name and I say "they " because it is not just one of them it's ALL of them who come together like a football team to help and sort it out well and quickly.Cheers everyone!
Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I have been here on different occasions because it is close. The staff have no personality and the pharmacists never offer much help.The location is the only bonus.

Refused to deliver antiviral medication to an elderly person in isolation with COVID19 because it was too far away — even though it was just a 2km drive.
Amazing staff Even has a lotto office
Great friendly staff, quick service.
Twice this pharmacy has not had the medication required and both times took my mobile number and never contacted me after they promised to search around for it or an alternative. They have no right to call themselves a community chemist.
