It's a small library but well organised, basically rucked away behind the shopping centre near the council buildings
Newly refurbished library. Can include more seating area. The library have comfortable sofas though.
Really good facility for books, the library manager was very kind and helpful.
One of my favourite places to go. Friendly helpful staff, great books and plenty of activities. Well done to all concerned.
The trauma that haunts me following a quiet study session will forever and I mean forever haunt me. It all started as a normal day me and a few others decided to go and do some exam revision at the liabry. We walk in and decided to take a seat we where QUIETLY and I mean QUIETLY whispering to one an other when I was approached by the meanest least inclusive librarian I have ever met. Now when I walk then library I see books about pride and acceptance yet that was not my experience. When the librarian approached our table and told us to be quiet she adressed us as young GIRLS yet little did she no not all of us are females yet we may look like them doesn't mean we are some of us identified as girls , others as boys some as Boeing CH-47 chinooks.nnI HAVE NEVER SET FOOT BACK IN THAT JOINT EVER AGAIN AND MAYBE EVEN I NEED AN APOLOGY BUT NO THEY WOULD NEVER APOLOGISE TO ME.
