Just had my shower screen replaced by Civic and couldn’t be happier. From quoting with Stephen Watkins to the install by Steve Burgess, the whole process was smooth and professional. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The receptionist was also fantastic—helpful and efficient. The screen itself is top quality, and the turnaround time was impressive. No long waits, just great service from start to finish. Highly recommend Civic.

I recently had Shane and Karen install wardrobes in my home, and I can't recommend them highly enough! They were a breath of fresh air, bringing a friendly and approachable attitude to the project. Karen's sense of humor made the experience enjoyable and fun, while Shane's high level of perfectionism was evident in every detail of the installation. Great work on a particularly difficult showerscreen for a new shower. Steve Burgess did an amazing job where the screen had to be cut and fitted over a bath. He measured the job with care and his experience led to a fine outcome. Thank you for all the effort Steve.

I recently had Civic Shower Screens and Wardrobes install mirrored Wardrobe sliding doors in three of our bedrooms.  We were recommended them from our painter.  Our experience with them was excellent.  We opted for the soft close which are just devine and also chose frameless with a handle so that there were no fingerprints on the mirrored doors.nnAfter having the free quote done, we were given a time frame for construction of the doors and this was within 1-2 weeks which was great.  The only hiccup we had was when the doors were installed, I noticed they did not have the handle on the door ends.  After contacting Civic, they ensured that these were remade and changed over promptly without any questions or cost to us.  I was blown away with the fact they made this process so smooth and when there was an issue, it was rectified immediately.  It is obvious that they put the customer first and ensure that the customer is happy with the finished product.nnI can honestly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a professional company who has excellent customer service and excellent communication with the customer.

CIVIC frameless shower screens are a beautiful product but the initial installation was not done well. The door wasn't fixed off properly causing door closure issues and the silicone was applied messily. CIVIC was responsive and sent out Jeremiah and Jesse to repair the installation issues under warranty. Jeremiah and Jesse were fantastic. They communicated well, repaired the door alignment, cleaned up all the messy silicone and asked me to thoroughly inspect their work to ensure I was happy with the end result. Thankyou, Jeremiah and Jesse, for your attention to detail, taking pride in your profession as glaziers and ensuring our screens look and work as well as they should.
