I'm writing to inform of my displeasure on the time taken to deliver my remaining orders. One Month for 2 bathroom mirrors, a kitchen glass splashback and replacement of 1 vinyl sliding wardrobe door!?!?
I've spoken to Brett who informed me that I need to speak with Michelle in the office to find out the status of my orders. And when I called her, she said she only deals with the Builder as the order was under the builder's name. Fine, I told my builder to call the office to arrange the installation date, but was told he was always not given any definite answer by the company, and staff.  
From what I understand the Bathroom mirrors are already done and sitting in the factory. And one month is more than enough time to do the glass splashback that is only roughly 1000x1000mm.
I’ve been living in the house without mirrors in the bathroom which is really inconvenient and frustrating on a daily basis. Is this the way Civic conduct their business? 
Let's see if writing this review will have any effect, or they just simply can't be bordered...

It would have been 1 star if not for the great service rendered by the installer, Adrian who did the frameless shower for both my bathrooms. Good job Adrian!

Civic have been amazing from concept through to install. We've now had them do 3 x Built in's upstairs, our kitchen splash back and Built in wardrobes downstairs. I'd recommend their products/services to anyone who wants either a standard or tailored solution. Thanks to the whole team! We'll be back for our shower screens soon!

Had the pleasure of meeting David when he came out to fix a problem with my shower screens.  This wonderful man gives tradies a good name.  Professional, polite and friendly but more importantly he made sure he didn’t leave until I was happy with the work he did.  What an asset to this company.  Thank you for your exceptional customer service David.
