In the heart of Sydney's CBD, there's a place you can stretch, relax and breathe your way to better health; a place where body, mind and breath come together...
an oasis of calm amid our bustling city.

Each session includes relaxation, awareness, breathing, postures, movement, balance and stillness, offering a fulfilling and relaxing experience.

No need to book. Mats, change rooms, bathroom, filtered water, blankets and pillows all provided. Please bring your own towel and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Classes cost $20 for a casual visit, or $150 for ten classes

Highly recommend. Rebecca is a great instructor, very welcoming and kind. Classes are suitable for all standards and ages. Really enjoy unwinding at lunch time with a class. Buy a multi pass and it works out to be only $18 a go. Also has two changing rooms and mats for everyone to use for free.
I love city yoga studio! I came here as a first timer not knowing what to expect. Illa has been very welcoming and helpful for my level and runs a really nice balance class. I use this as a break and reset from work at lunchtime and it makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!
This is my first time to try yoga. I was trying to search for a yoga studio and happened to check this out as it had great reviews. So I tried a day pass for $25 just to see if I will like it. I can honestly say that this is the highlight of my weekend. I left the class feeling more calm, relaxed and revitalised. Illa is such a wonderful and genuine teacher. I found Illa's style really worked well with what I want to achieve from the class. Thank you Illa for spending some time to chat after the class. You are amazing. I highly recommend this nice little studio in the CBD. This place has a good vibe. Looking forward to connecting with you again!
City Yoga is a great little yoga studio in the heart of Sydney. It's a great place to go to to unwind and recharge. Rebecca is a great instructor and adjusts her sessions according to the people attending eg: newbies, regulars, specific injuries, etc... - Rebecca will offer variations for every level, and every level is catered for. I highly recommend City Yoga.
I love City Yoga Studio. Rebecca is excellent. She practices proper yoga with a combination of breathing and poses which are amazing. Her meditations are fabulous. I always feel relaxing and rejuvenated after her class.
I'm a regular here, such a good place to practice yoga with very experienced instructors. The space is excellent and costs are also reasonable.
I really enjoyed the Hatha class with Illa, it was the perfect wind down for the day. The studio is lovely, warm and welcoming...
