Such a pleasure to deal with all the staff at city Toyota. They go above and beyond to make the journey from purchase to delivery superb. I had shopped around a little before city Toyota and I can say without a doubt you will not experience such fantastic service elsewhere. Other dealers were so quick to kick you out of a car when on a test drive. Not city Toyota! I was able to borrow a car to test for a full weekend. That’s crazy good. Buying a car is no easy decision and that was above and beyond. Robert, you were amazing mate. You kept me frequently updated, you applied no pressure to buy and you were so friendly and welcoming to me. Julian, thank you for running such an amazing business, it really is top notch. It was a pleasure to come in every time and to deal with yourself and all your staff. We didn’t just talk business, I was always asked how my weekend was and how I have been and that makes a massive difference to me. Just wanted to say Thank you to Ken. It has been close to 4 years that I am looking for my next car, walked into the dealership, Ken approached me in a nice and calm manner, not rushing me nor pushing me. Giving me amble of time to look and test drive. I have been to so many car dealership, they are either too busy to greet you or very impatient. There we go, I found my car within the first car I test. Thank you Ken for your help and I will definitely refer my friends and family to visit you should they consider buying a car in the future.

I had a fantastic experience in purchasing my car from City Toyota. I ordered my car in December 2021 when the waiting times of cars were ballooning up. Melville , our sales consultant offered the best quote and gave an approximate waiting period. The quote given was honest and competitive in a market where many dealers were charging full price. After signing agreement Melville used to keep in touch regarding wait times and production delays. Throughout the waiting period we got regular updates from City Toyota which helped us to manage our expectations and plan trips. Finally during the day of delivery, Melville gave a detailed walk around the car and explained all bells and whistles. It was a fantastic customer experience and I would 100% recommend City Toyota and sales consultant Melville to any new customers
Purchased a Prado Kakadu in January 2023. Very happy with the overall process. I had to take the vehicle back in for a couple of minor warranty issues and dealt with Steve and Tom. Over the years have dealt with many service departments and my experience at City Toyota was the best I have experienced. The whole process from booking in, to updates along the way was perfect. Steve and Tom were very organised, professional and friendly in their approach. Hard to find good staff like this. Michael B.
Take my Toyota always to city Toyota northbridge for service. Chris the service manager and his team always look after anything I have to do with the car. The professionalism and customer service is second to none and credit to the manager for building such a great team. They always are very thorough with explaining the invoice and the work completed.
