I have been visiting City Subaru since 2 years for regular car servicing. The customer service is exceptional. The team looks after the car like their own. I recently bought a Subaru WRX 2022 ts through City Subaru. Chase helped me in getting one early. One of the best car dealership in Perth. I would highly recommend the team for their prompt, exceptional and friendly service.
From the first call to Nick and then meeting Ian , Angelo and David it was a great experience buying my Used Car. This dealership has to be the best in Perth, I was treated with great professionalism, respect and care. A big shoutout to Ian McDougall who should be the salesperson of 2022. He explained everything about the car and made the experience so much easier for me I'll see you all in 5 years for my trade in and next new car !!!!!

I recently bought a new car off the showroom from Perth City Subaru and I couldn't be happier.My contact person was Olivier and from the moment I walked in, he made the purchase easy Advising me of options and encouraging me to test drive - these steps made my choice easy and unpressured.The bonus was when an interstate move meant the car needed transport to the new address , Olivier effortlessly organised all of this for me too . Buying a new car is a lovely experience - increase your enjoyment by dealing with Olivier at this dealership.
Henry was very helpful in every way. I dealt with him when he was still with other car dealership and it just happened that Im in the hunt for the new BRZ. From ordering my car up to the day that he handed me over the keys for my new BRZ 10th Anniversary Edition. He even let me test drive the new WRX and most especially the BRZ for about 1-2 hours. To top it all up, I received a gift pack, free floor mats and a full tank which some other dealership does not offer.
I had the best experience here! Eben and the team really took care of me, by teaching me how to buy a car properly. This was my first time at a dealership and I couldn’t recommend a better one!!! It won’t be the last time either. I was struck with emotions because buy a car is a big deal, I was reassured it was normal and was encouraged through every step. Thank you so much!!!
From the first meeting with Ian McDougall I found him friendly, accommodating & keen for me to feel absolutely happy with my purchase. I always felt comfortable dealing with Ian & found him totally genuine in his approach. When I had to wait until the Perth City Subaru safety check was completed Ian arranged a loan vehicle on the spot & without any fuss. When a repair was needed, it was covered under warranty & once again I was given a loan vehicle immediately. Thumbs up to Ian for his help!
Having dealt with Henry when he previously work at another car yard, I knew I was going to get top sales service through him. It was great to see him at Subaru. This is now our second car we've purchased through him and though he is at a different yard, his professionalismhas not changed. If you're looking for a car and want a sales person who talks honest and is knowledgeable about what he's selling then speak to Henry. All the staff were really helpful and not pushy like we've expereince in other car yards. This place seems to have a good balance of friendly staff who are looking to make the customer have the best experience. Great work guys!
Was a breeze trying to book a test drive up to securing my first car purchase ever! Special mention to Frank for getting me my dream car white XV in just 3 weeks. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Kudos to the whole team, highly recommend if thinking of getting a brand new Subaru.
