Had an excellent experience here, the fragrance selection was like no other, nasomatto, orto parisi, dior prive line, great selection however was sad they didn’t have bergamask. The customer service was impeccable, Norm was such a helpful guide into the world of niche perfumery, he was happy to recommend and let me try new things, making friendly conversation without urging me to buy like a few places. This branch is far superior to the Wetherill Park one, and I’m really happy I was able to visit this branch.

100% would recommend a makeup service at City Perfume. I came down to Sydney for an event but had forgotten my makeup back at home 4 hours away. I looked on all the regular makeup service places and they were all booked for weeks ahead. Found city perfume with many available time slots and they did not disappoint! Harleen did an amazing job! The service was super affordable and redeemable for some amazing products I got to take home. Will be back next time I'm in Sydney. Thanks guys! Love your work!

wonderful range of perfumes and wonderful staff that always look after me, particularly Michael. his kindness in spending time going through fragrances with me has helped me find some of my favourite perfumes. his knowledge on the background of brands is amazing and i learn something with each visit. Michael shows me new perfumes that he knows i will like upon visits and is never wrong! well done to all the staff for their knowledge and kindness!

I had my make up done by Diksha at City Perfume Merrylands, and I was very happy with the results, Diksha displayed excellent customer service skills and knew the products well from makeup to skincare. Looking forward to visiting again.

I walked into City Perfume at Merrylands feeling out of my depth, expecting the usual cold luxury store vibe. Instead, the staff were incredibly warm and patient. As someone new to perfume, I had no idea what I liked, but Amar guided me through different scents without being pushy or judgmental. She took the time to explain, making sure I felt comfortable. Unlike other places where I’ve usually felt looked down on, City Perfume was welcoming and relaxed. I left with beautiful scents for myself and my husband, they even gave me lots of samples so I can smell the fragrance before buying a bottle. Feeling valued and excited to come back.
