City On A Hill: Geelong

The minister suggested to me that I can only have a meaningful relationship with someone if I go to the same church as them every Sunday, which is obviously pretty depraved. EDIT: I wanted to give this church another chance so I went back. The preacher said 18/12/22 4pm that "we" the church are not were empty and estranged from God. I am happy, as any born again and spirit filled Christian should be to disavow this message as apostate, and any church which permits it, as enemies of orthodoxy. If I could suggest a name change: "City of the Plain", might be more fitting.

As a visitor, we can feel all the staff and pastor spends their life to service god. Witness the Holy Spirit here and keeping growing up. Bless here

Great sermon by Pastor Andrew, and really welcoming and friendly community

Really wonderful and welcoming place. I normally go to church in Melbourne, but was in Geelong one evening and visited and I've been back twice more since. Full disclaimer: I already knew a couple of people who went there. Welcoming team were nice, the worship was relaxed but also really musical and soulful. The sermons have been challenging and relevant and provided practical advice on ways I could put God's word into action. They invited me for dinner afterwards, and I had a wonderful time.

We are a group of local residents who had an agreement with the church and the city of Greater geelong. ...drums would be used on Sunday and Monday night practice. ......This week however the drums have been used Sunday Monday Tuesday and Friday.. Our understanding is that the church were to invest in drum pads which would reduce the drum noise.. The loud bang bang bang of the drums enters our home and disrupts our lives.. Sunday and Monday are OK but not all week. .

Brilliant service this morning first time in your church. Not over done easy to follow warm welcome. Friendly people..... a lot of other churches need to look @ how you guys do it. Cya next sunday.
