Always had a great experience here. Very rarely wait long to see a Doctor. Doctors are very thorough and have gone the extra mile with their care.
Have been a patient for several years. Nurses and doctors are kind and efficient. There is sometimes a long wait but I expect this and bring my laptop to work in the waiting room.
Easy to get into, bulk bill, staff all easy to deal with and the Dr I saw was extra helpful with advice - didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything expensive etc. Will keep this place as my go to centre when in the city.
Receptionist is not overly welcoming, but not rude by no means. Doctor was friendly, and there was no waiting time. I booked at 9am on a Tuesday for the same day at 9:50am. Didn't wait long, and the doctor was quite comprehensive.
Dr William Errington is the best doctor that I've seen in Sydney! Really takes the time to explain everything and understand what the problem areas are. Thank you so much! :
If possible, try to meet any other doctor but Dr Vesnica. I had so much trouble understanding her. Also, she is very rude, talking over you, cutting your sentences. Shes not welcoming and friendly. However, the other doctor was really nice.
Forewarned by these reviews I rang at 2:50 for appointment at 4:10 with Dr Higgins. He was considerate and attentive. Out by 4:39. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Was I at a different place to all you other reviewers?
Was able to get an appointment on the day. No waiting time. Dr was lovely. Practice has a nice non clinical feel to it in a very convenient location.
