Great service, we bought a Mazda 3 from Tom and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and easy to chat to.
Had my Mazda 2 serviced here recently. Told my car would be ready at 12, turned up and they said it was just waiting to be washed. Waited more than 2 hours for it to be washed, there was no communication or apology.
Great dealership, knowledge of the car we were interested in was 1st rate and everyone was accommodating, so good in fact we bought a car. Visited 3 caryards in the same day and they were by far the most professional. Jarrod, Zac and Sam are an asset to the company.
A big thanks to City Mazda,for an unforgettable experience. We are like many families need a reliable car without sales pressure and good coffee. But a big shout out goes to the smiling face who made that day happen. Thankyou so much, Ash for making this how the new / used car sales should be.

The service team here are all fantastic with a very keen eye for detail and they are a good price too. One of the few car dealerships I go to and feel like I dont have to ring 3 places before approving any work to the car in case they are ripping me off.
