The sales person Hayley has been very friendly, helpful and professional. She went through used cars and new cars information, also did follow up call next day, great service! Did better service than many other luxury car dealers do in Melbourne.

Awful buying experience and staff are indifferent. Buyers beware, this  dealership is temperamental and unprofessional. Sales talk too much instead of listening. Presumptuous and curt. Better off going to another dealership. More like relentless pushing then pursuit of excellence. Service oriented should be their hallmark but instead they are an apathetic dealership.

This dealership does not deserve 1 STAR. Dealer Principle ( Rod Ayoubi ) very very rude and not willing to listen to customer complaints and slams the phone in your face. He also likes to boast about, he is the owner of Melbourne City Lexus and the Managing Director. ( CARE FACTOR ? 0 )  Also likes to advise customers he supports his staff and not prepared to listen to customers issues. Service Manager (Jamie Small) very good at advising customers we are not servicing your vehicle, we don't want your money and your are not welcome at Melbourne City Lexus without issuing a valid reason and slams the phone in your face.  

I wish to advise as a Lexus owner for eight years,  how disgusted I am, on how Lexus Australia handled my complaint concerning Melbourne City Lexus.

I spoke to Janki (Jacky) - customer team leader at Lexus Australia and advised her of my complaint. The end result was, two separate company's, so we can’t assist you any further, and if you wish to service your vehicle with Lexus you can use the services of Blackburn or Brighton Lexus which is more than one hour drive. 

This clearly outlines Lexus Australia and Melbourne City Lexus have no indication in resolving any customer concerns or providing a high level of customer service. I would strongly recommend to all Australians, if you are thinking of lodging a complaint against Melbourne City Lexus to Lexus Australia, you will be told to visit other Lexus Dealers if you are not happy with Melbourne City Lexus. 

After this poor experience, I urge all Australians to think twice and ask yourself this question. 

Is it worth investing a large amount of money to be treated poorly and receive no support from Lexus Australia to resolve your complaint? 

Only to be told by service manager Jamie Small - Service Manager, we will not be doing a service on your vehicle, your vehicle is not welcome at this dealership, we don't want your money and the phone slammed in your face by Jamie Small the service manager. 

Please read and review other customer experiences on google concerning Lexus Australia and Melbourne City Lexus.  This will outline the poor rating and negative experiences customers have received from Lexus Australia & Melbourne City Lexus.

This Lexus dealership is more interested in selling their financing than their cars.  I went in with a pre-approved non-Lexus car loan.  A senior (age-wise) salesman passed me on to another salesman, who was like the former, could not hide his lack of enthusiasm as soon as I said I have done the financing work.  I've only bought Toyota cars before and I thought the natural progression is a Lexus.  Apparently not.  Lexus has lost me for at least the next couple of years, maybe forever!

Excellent service and experience. Sumit Agrawal made the whole process so easy and enjoyable, and also got us a great deal! David Smith who helped arrange finance was highly skilled extremely helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommended.
