What a course! Great day out with the Twilight Golf Day boys. Staff service was exceptional - could have done with a few more eskies on the buggys. Overall a great day and fun had by all. Will return next year absolutely!!
The food was great, the drinks were as expected.nThe golf course was very dry and not as green as I imagine it would normally be as there hasn't been much rain and the sprinkler system must not cover the entire fairway areas.nThere is an excessive amount of plovers on the course, so during spring this may be problematic, for the most part they didn't attack us but they did call out and spread their wings to show that they are definitely there and making you aware of it.
The Motel was amazing, worth the money however carpark is a bit disorganised, its first in best dressed, they do have a overflow car park next door but have to walk outside the property and across to access. I would give 5 stars but car park was the only let down
Has been a long time between visits. Service was excellent. Couldn’t fault it at all. The meal was very very nice and pricing decent. Steak was almost cooked right, but very tasty. Will be going back again. Have certainly out heaps of effort jn there food and service after many years of basic foods.
Another visit and another fabulous meal with great and attentive staff. Doesn’t matter the day or night, the food and service is always spot on. We had a steak and a schnitzel and both perfect. Can’t recommend City Gold Club enough.
