A visit to the store to buy some gold fish flakes for a friends fish that we are looking for has ended up with us owning our own fish tank with 3 red caps. The reason for this is nothing but the absolutely fantastic staff and service at this store. Realising that we were first timers with aquariums, they took us through the entire process extremely patiently and that too on a day where the store was pumping with other customers. They told us to set up the tank and get the water for testing 2 days later which we did and finally have our 3 new friends. A special mention to Rob and Damon who were super helpful, friendly and patient with all our questions. They did also recommend another store to check Out the fish, must admit they did have great fish but everyone was way too busy so we came back to City Farmers for our fish. There was another lady who tested the water for us who was also great. All in all, an absolutely great experience and we would recommend this store for all your pet needs. Thank you guys.
City Farmers in Willetton is an amazing store to visit for all your pet needs. The only pets I have are tropical fish, but the range of products for fish, cats, dogs etc is extensive and easy to navigate. Their prices are very reasonable. Best of all and why I support this store, is that the customer service is outstanding. I find the staff are always enthusiastic helpful and knowledgeable, areas lacking with staff in many of my other retail experiences these days! Thank you City Farmers Willetton.
Every time I have been here I have found the customer service to be outstanding from all of the team. They're always so approachable when you have questions to ask and other times they're already when I look like I'm lost looking for a product. Will happily continue to use this store.
The staff at city farmers ,willetton, have always been fantastic! Today, Alex ,the store manager impressed my husband and I with his fabulous customer service. He has great product knowledge and was very helpful in picking out some tasty chews that specifically help calm and soothe our young doggie to sleep. He answered all our queries based on his own experience with his dogs ,thanks Alex for your time and passion

Terrible customer service! Went to the store to buy a pill popper for our cat. The lady at the front went to help us find one because it was not on the shelf in the right spot. She was side tracked by another set of customers and continued talking with them for ten minutes while we were waiting. Ended up walking out. Will not be going back to the Willeton store anymore.
Been there a few times buying gold fish for my girls, different staffs served us and they were all super friendly!
Very expensive pricing on fish not worthed. Also Petbarn owns City Farmers. Will never shop at all City Farmers and Petbarn stores the service is horrible.
Amazing and wonderful - my cats were thrilled to get "Ezi-LockOdour" Dual Layer Litter System! City Farmers were wonderful and assisted me as I raced home to set things up. A special thank you - City Farmers, Willetton. Everyone should have one !!
