Amazing pet shop with comprehensive range of dog items. What stood out and made my shopping experience enjoyable was the friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely make a point to visit the store whenever I visit Perth.
Friendly and knowledge staff. Store Manager Loren was patient and offered great options as I tried to navigate the diversity of cat foods to suit my two cats' dietary requirements. Highly recommend!
It’s always an exciting time when we get to bring our pups in for a visit and restock! The staff are so warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable with all of their products and recommendations for specific needs. They treat our pups as their own and the compassion the team has here is above and beyond. They always look for the best possible deal and absolutely invest into your pets. Customer service has gone downhill here. Staff are too busy working and talking amongst themselves. I recommend all those who have pets please don't shop at all Petbarn and City Farmers stores the quality of their products are expensive and rubbish.

Great service and ample parking. Perfectly located next to Greencross Vets Subiaco, so is perfect to find that little treat after a Vet visit
Great staff! Friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help you with your pet troubles. Great products. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because it’s such a popular store, and sometimes they don’t have what I need in stock.
