The most appalling customer service by management I have ever experienced. My confirmed accommodation was given to another customer before my arrival without any notification or thought of wealfare. Management was more interested on incoming payments rather then the customers welfare. I travelled 1hour & had to spend $120 in taxi costs to return to myself & my luggage to my residential address. The property owner was the only staff in the reception, the way he presents himself & other customers staying this is more of a rehabilitation center then holiday accommodation. After I was told the manager had given my room away to another customer without any care or apologizes, I was angry of how he cuducted himself & my treatment of leaving me without accomodation intentionally. The property owner & manager, which is evidently the same person has no disregard to its customer's welfare let alone holding any up level service. I was abused by unkind words & repeated swearing by the manager. I refused this treatment & tried airing my concerns, evidently he showed more appallingly disgusting behavior by slamming his metal shutter down whilst i was still at his desk with my property on the desk. As frustrating as you can understand I hit the shutter in anger of my treatment, after he opened the shutter he had jumped ober the counter & tried provoking an assult on me by yelling & spitting in my face abusing me in a physically frigtening manner. He further tried threatened me with police as when I was the one being threatened & on the verge on being assaulted. Please keep in mind I am a single female by herself & the manger was a fully grown male in his mid 30's, By his appearance Im positive he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. My recommended advise for anyone wanting to stay here, Save your self the disappointment of horrible service & having to sleep in disgusting rooms for a high price value then what its worth.
