I've visited City CPAP twice. I only found the therapy to be effective on my second try, several years later. However, in both cases the staff Andrew and then Karla were excellent. Both spent a lot of time to help me understand what I was doing and make sure everything was working properly. Their trial service is really helpful, trying several tweaks over the course of a month to find what works best. At no time did I feel "sold to" I hate being sold to; health outcomes were the only priority. Even as I left empty-handed the first time, as the therapy was not working for me at that stage, I felt no pressure to buy anything. Super informative and responsive, and not at the cost of heavy mark-ups or any awkward sales tactics. Could not have been happier!
