Literally the worst service I have ever recieved. I have never written a review before and today will be the first. I walked in to buy a pack and the guy at the counter said I needed ID so I went and got my PASSPORT and came back. He then looked at it and said "you need an 18 plus card". I can say that this is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I then left and proceeded to seven mart where I was served using the same ID. I can say for sure that I am NEVER returning ever again and make sure everyone around I know does not either. Although it is a perfectly nice store. The one man that served me was a middle aged Indian mad with hair tied back and was the most arrogant employee. I hope in future the there is a change in the staff or to be more specific, the man that served me is removed. If you don't have the brains to serve someone who has provided you with valid ID you shouldn't be serving in the first place.
