Excellent property management company. I have rented through City Central Property Management on two separate occasions and have had no issues and have only had the best treatment. After renting with other companies, Cyndi is by far the best property manager. She is onto it, has great communication, works very hard and is extremely reliable at getting any issues sorted. City Central Property Management care about their properties as though they were their own and ensure the owners of properties are getting the best tenants. I would definitely recommend City Central Property Management to anyone looking for a property management company or for a rental.

Absolutely Piss Poor service! Would not recommend this company to rent from. Cyndi needs to change careers, her organisation skills are non existent and she should reframe from this line of work.
I have tried for over 2 weeks to schedule house viewings with her, in that time she has managed to loose my contact details over 5 different occasions, called me Jamie twice when my name is Jasmine. Offered student flatting to me and my family. 

Blame me for not remembering who I am. Also each time I have spoken to her on the phone, she has advised me to email her. Then once I do, she asks again and again for my contact details to ring me? so why is it each time I ring her, she get me to email her, so she can ring me?

I am beyond annoyed, I will make sure I let as many people as I can know about this unprofessional behaviour from Cyndi.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. Cyndi has been one of the most organised hard-working lady I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have never worked with a property agency where I know the name of my landlord and have her own personal phone number which is contactable 24/7. She is aware of all the laws about tenancy agreements and respects the rights of both tenant and landlord. I felt really well looked after through City Central Property - so thank you Cyndi and your wonderful team. I fully recommend using her service.

If I could give less I would. Cindy took me through a few rental properties which went ok. The first property she took me through was nice however she said there was a better suited house that has become available and asked if I wanted to view it then, she stated the previous tenants had not long left so would be ok to view. When we got there the "previous tenants" we're in fact current tenants. It was clear that they were moving out but the thing that got me was we turned up unannounced. The tenants just so happened to be out but if I were them a heads up that people were viewing would have been nice. The 3rd property is the one I attempted to apply for but with the xmas period in place i was only able to complete 3 quaters of the application as I needed to obtain the rest of the information (one being a copy of my previous tenancy agreement(no idea why she needs to see this)), in the new year when I called to query if the property was still available she continued to state that my application had been declined. I asked if there was a specific reason why it had been declined in which she said "no I can't give a reason". Anyone that has met Cindy can imagine the tone she delivered that in. I then asked if there is any point in applying for properties they manage or if it would be a waste of time. She then said they don't have any more properties. I took that as a no don't bother. I found her very unprofessional both over the phone and in person. After meeting Cindy and reading through the reviews it's an absolute joke to see people giving her 5 stars.
