10/10, best Seafood buffet in Surfers Paradise. Loads of options as you can see in attached photos. I fully recommend the bugs, must have had 12 of them! Oysters were fresh and clean too, the sushi was great too, really enjoyed the seafood. Roasted meats and other meat dishes were on par too, great quality. Service was great too, could hear the live music from the bar outside which was nice, definitely will be back again! Thanks
We booked for a birthday dinner, it was so good. The seafood was so fresh and there were so many options to choose from. The oysters were definitely our favourite along with the mussels. The buffet was always full. The sides were also great! The crunchy potatos were delicious. It’s worth the $120 per person. I love the venue, the entrance is amazing.
Fine dining at its best with plenty of food! Hubby got the 3 course meal for $89 pork belly, beef, mango cheesecake. I got the lamb with a side salad. All dishes are exquisite in taste and presentation. Highly recommend
Had buffet breakfast there twice within a week. Good selection of hot and cold food. A good place for vegetarian as well. The restaurant is clean and service is good. Will definitely go again if I go to Gold Coast again.
Heard it’s the best buffet on Gold Coast. Thought to give it a try on Easter night. The dishes are not much given the price is 120$ pp. The seafood is fresh. There is a waitress who dropped a can of Pepsi on the floor and it spills on a few other guests including my friend. They just cleaned it without saying anything. Would not coming back but can give a try if you want given that the ambiance is good.
My friend told me we were going to try crocodile meat and kangaroo tails ≧∀≦,I was looking forward to it. It’s so nice, beyond my expectation! The menu is designed for Australia Day, and every dish is really iconic, and I learned many Australia foods. e.g. I didn’t know crocodile is common in northern regions. The baby carrots must have roasted with honey/sugar, it tasted like sweet potato.
By far the best seafood buffet experience in all of south East QLD. We have experienced quite a few great seafood buffets around Australia but this was by far the best. The seafood was fresh, prawns were firm and crisp, bugs delicious and oysters were fresh and tasted like they were plucked straight out the ocean.... The Sushi and raw salmon were fresh. There were so many options like roast lamb, gnocci, baked salmon and options for the kids like pizza, nuggets and chips just to Name a few. The desserts on offer were wide In variety to cater from the finest of palates to options for young children and those alike. Great wine and alcohol selection and finally I must say the service was impressive, attentive and swift. Thankyou to David for your wonderful service. Welook forward to dining here again. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available but somewhat limited for the buffet dining. Kid-friendliness: Great food options for kids and friendly atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: There were tables that were wheelchair friendly and there was a lot of room to manoeuvre a wheelchair around the top floor where the food is.
Had the breakfast buffet today 9/10/22. Everything was delicious, I especially loved the bircher museli and cooked breakfast. Fabulous atmosphere and the serving staff were so lovely, as was the chefs. Ann on the register on the other hand was extremely rude and unhelpful to the point she was almost dismissive! If this review was based on our experience with Ann, it would be a 1 star! She didn't even crack a smile. Not impressed with her attitude especially because the breakfast was for my husbands birthday. I also asked if some of us could use the current promotion for the post code starting with 42, she said no because the school holidays are on and it's a block out period. Since when does a restaurant based in QLD have a block out period for the NSW school holidays. How ridiculous! I think she just made it up! QLD school holidays finished on Tuesday
We have two dinner course at this restaurant. I usually not big fan of eating fine dining food. Because, after eating I still go to buy Macass. However, here was different entree food looks like main meal. Main food was still generous. My belly was very filling. Their bisque sauce was rich, rich and rich! It was very concentrated flavor. Pork belly with herb coulis was very match, that black tuile was crunch and made dish another level. In overall, It would be nice to visit with someone important. I am lucky we sray here one more night today!! Good hotel.
Had a wonderful dinner at Citrique on our 2nd night at Surfer,s. We ordered lobster, snow fish for main and scallop, soup for starter. Highly recommend the fish
