Please get someone who can speak & understand English to answer your customer service phone line as the person cannot understand at all. Then they say they do not receive emailed documents yet I receive an automated message saying received ?  Have to jump through hoops to transfer credit card balance. Worse bank EVER

Appalling customer service. All staff have an 'I don't care attitude' Calls are diverted offshore to staff that can't speak English. Terrible!!

Absolutely hopeless. We are relatively wealthy retirees with over 1.5m in super, 150k in savings, own our home and car, no debts, no dependents, no credit history problems, yet were denied a credit card! Try to work that one out...

Wish there was a way to give zero stars... Worst bank and customer service in the world. Who would be dumb enough to deal with this company?
