How so very disappointing. Always a great pharmacy until they’ve changed their hours to 7:30PM closing. Unbelievable. Copying what other retailers in Engadine are doing. We work til 7PM. There’s now way we could make it here now. And also those evening ailments that come about. 7:30PM. Motto: Til late. What a joke.
I have only been in here twice, but both times, I was met with friendly and helpful staff. The Coles car park is not far.
In our senior years we rely on our pharmacy more than ever. The team at Cincotta Engadine are the best. Highly professional knowledge of medications and explanation of warnings. They go the extra mile in meeting our specific needs juggling lots of prescriptions including compounding. Very friendly and reliable. Highly recommended.
Dispensary lost my script. Told me they'd call when they speak with the doctor to have another sent over. Haven't called at all. So because of their stupidity unprofessionalism losing my script, my information and safety is now compromised. Wouldn't recommend coming here.
10/10 for compounding.The compounding pharmacist always goes out of his way to have medications ready when they are needed,even when life gets in the way and notice is short.Always warm,helpful great service.
Great people and very helpful. Have been using this chemist since I moved into Engadine 7 years ago. They don't have some of the supplement brands though so I have to get them from other chemists but this is normal.
The staff are so wonderful here, always helpful and accommodating to what they are able to help with. Great variety and prices
Worst chemist in Engadine. Very rude, arrogant and unhelpful staff. Don’t waste your time going there. The pharmacists are completely paranoid and are afraid of dispensing medications even though they are prescribed by your dr but some how they believe they are more educated and qualified to give advice and prevent you from getting your prescribed medications in a timely manner. They actually do more harm than good and hinder patient recovery time. Very disappointing. 1 particular male pharmacist really enjoys a power play and enjoys raising his voice and arguing with customers which is just so embarrassing, I’m not sure how he actually keeps his job. The female retail manager is also extremely rude and has absolutely no people skills, you shouldn’t work in public and should consider working from home.
Absolutely have assisted myself, prescription ran out but arrangements made to dispense immediately of what I required and I’m able to Tele appointment tomorrow my Dr, to have new scripts and this can be emailed to my file held by Cincotta ! Thankyou
Went to pick up a script right after day surgery on my foot and I was extremely sore and uncomfortable. I was told to take one of my scripts to another chemist if I wanted it as there was a small discrepancy and another should acknowledge it. My dr was notified of it and he never had this problem before. Very disappointed of this service. Will choose not to go back there in the future.
