Ordered a large cappuccino yesterday. Waited 20 minutes which was understandable because the shop was extremely busy during the Christmas time. However the coffee was very disappointing. It tasted awful and was not even warm. Will not go again.

order a small size coffee and wait for 15 mins, during these 15 mins I have asked twice and I have asked for refund at the second time. I saw those two ladies way behind me got their drinks. Not even bother to say sorry. The young boy at the counter just don’t even bother to check for me with barista, what a goof service.
Super friendly staff..... Rude manager. As the staff where assiting customers, whom I presume is the manger raised his voice, rolled his eyes and made a snide comment about a small processing issue. Not very professional on his behalf. This continued as I was awaiting my order.
