Great spot to grab a quick lunch on the run. I enjoyed the ham, cheese, and tomato flat bread which was toasted to perfection. They even added basil which gave it a bit more of an elevated taste! Service was super quick and very friendly. They have a lot of drink options available - I've heard their coffee is good too!

Delicious passionfruit iced tea with awesome glass straw.  Organic tea cake also nice.  Service a little slow but worth the wait

Ignore those 1 star reviews, I’ve been getting coffee from Ciao weekly for the last 4 years excluding covid lockdowns!. The couple that own and run the cafe are friendly and give great service. Coffee and tea has always been perfect! Definitely one of my favourite cafes near Rundle Mall

Disgusting coffee, very unclean shop and the owners have bad customer service. With all the coffee competition around i would suggest you get your coffee anywhere else  - would beat the prices too. This shop would get 0 stars if I could. Fix your attitudes and clean your store, terrible. Also the sandwiches are very wet and tasteless not Italian at all...
