I don't go to the Doctor very often, but when I do I go see Dr Jeannie Knapp. She is incredible. The entire team at Richmond Medical Centre are great.

The receptionist is extremely impatient and rude. I doubt you have a sense of empathy to patients who need you help. Quite a shame. 18/Aug/2020 if you really care about customer feedbacks, find out who the reception lady is on this day.

Doctors are great, reception staff can be extremely rude. I can live with that.

Overall very good practice. Appointments usually available if needed. Short waiting times. Sure, not bulk-billing, but at least it is worth it here.

Best GP i have ever been to. Everyone is lovely, reception staff, nurse & pathology nurse both amazing with giving injections/ taking blood if you have a fear& of course the doctors. Thuy B in particular is incredibly thorough and caring, I have now been seeing her for over 3 years!

Compassionate, knowledgeable, experienced GPs who are very clean, clear and thorough. The rooms are always in immaculate condition and the GPs keep their appointments on time without making you feel rushed. The GPs are really good and very popular so it's definitely worth booking online before you go.

A rare find. Hands down the most professional, friendly, knowledgable doctors, nurses and staff I have ever come across. So good in fact, I'm now willing to travel an hour from my new home just to keep the same level of service Church St Medical provide.
