If you want quick hair cut and simple you can go to this store. But this isn’t the good one. Cause my partner came here did hair cut but It wasn’t cut properly. his hairs still left fews wasn’t get cut. And the staff was doing it very fast like they been busy but they were not. Hopefully they can improve their service and give more detail and more skills for cutting men hair. This picture is only one of the examples.
Ridiculously overpriced! $143 for a trim and hair dye. No other treatments and no blow dry. Although I was charged $20 to have my hair towel dried so that I wasn't dripping when I left the store. The hair dye job is terrible. It is much darker than the colour that I pointed out when I arrived. And there is hair dye all over my forehead and will not come off. I complained and they offered me a $12 refund in the form of a voucher to use on my next visit. As if I would ever go back there.
I get my hair done at this store, I have for the past year. Tori looks after me every time and I walk out happy after every appointment. Always love my colour, and could never fault the customer service
Had a complete makeover after I damaged my hair from home bleaching.. absolutely saved my hair! The staff are so knowledgeable and saved my life, fixing my hair into a cut and colour that made me feel great again!!
Made an appointment at Christiane’s in Charlestown, 45 minute wait time, no worries. Waited for 1 hour 20 minutes and approached the same person who booked me her name was Tee, she said it’ll be another 30 minutes. I asked why did you quote 45 minutes, I was told its because others were in front. Cruddy answer; they should have a feel of a 45 minutes vs 2 hours queue. At a minimum, walk 2 meters to where I am waiting, and inform me its going to be more than twice as long as they originally thought.... I won’t be doing business with them again, I advise readers to go elsewhere 2+ other choices in this area.
I will be and have already recommended Christiane's Hair Design, the staff are fantastic and the atmosphere is great. I don't go to anyone else. Considering the COVID19 situation they have gone far beyond to be there for their customers.
It deserves zero stars. I had a undercut done, which was a complete disater. Some of my hair wasnt even cut properly, and nothing about it was even. I could have done a better job myself! I honestly am dumbfounded, that the hairdresser thought it would be ok, for me to leave the salon like that.
