The casino offers a handful of games to play albeit some tables will be closed if the venue isn't too busy. Some games are completely closed such as cribs if the place is quiet. The bar and food selection is awesome. Prices aren't low but almost same, if not cheaper than other eateries of the same caliber.
This review is about the restaurant in the casino, and not the casion itself, which seems good.nI ordered the blue cod fish and chips for lunch. It included a small salad which is the best part of the dish. The salad is fresh and had a nice dressing. The chips were OK, but the fish was a bit disappointing as it didn't taste anywhere as nice as blue cod from other places. The fish was a bit mushy, possibly due to not being fresh. Other dishes looked OK, but need to taste them before making a comment. I also tried the lamb roast on another day, and it wasn't much good. The meat was below average, and the vegetables were overcooked. I have had better lamb elsewhere. Thank you.
Went in to see how their dragon draws for Lunar New Year's was like. I ate some dinner in the meantime
Super friendly and welcoming staff. Great value meals which were delicious. Happy Hour 5-7pm was a daily visit from us on our Easter Holiday to Chch.
It was a lot of fun if u dont mind loosing a few bucks, or winning. We went the other night, and mind it it was our first ever visit to a casino. So take my review veey seriously nWe hit the slots, won some, lost some. But we did enjoy a lot. Service was also really good.
