They start putting sale tickets up too early. For example, it's 5pm now & they have half the tickets up for the sale starting the next day which means when you get the counter it's not actually that price. How do you expect people to know what the prices are. The store closes at 10pm. If there isn't enough time to do a sale change over while the store is close, give your staff more hours.
I literally just got back from IGA Carina, we've shopped there for years for good reason. I don't need to go into too much detail but from owner, to management, to the amazing staff it gives you renewed faith in business and most importantly good hearted people. Small things renew your faith in human kindness and amazing customer service.nnA huge thankyou
Terrific shopping experience here, great range of products. The self serve salad bar is a great touch. Staff very friendly and helpful. The deli department sell the best mushroom pies around, definitely worth giving them a go!
