Don't be fooled by its quiet exterior, it is open! Hidden by the fast paced Milton Road, this restaurant is amazing. The food is to die for and the staff are great. If you like leaving places is food comas, you have to try Kabul.

Exquisite food and generous helpings. The staff are lovely. The meals took a bit longer than usual to arrive but they were well worth the wait. The decor is tired. Don't be afraid to ask for the air-conditioner to be turned on. The restaurant was pleasantly cool in minutes.

Went there for the first time this weekend. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Service was excellent; very hospitable, genuine and welcoming. Would certainly recommend it. It was an excellent introduction to Afghani food for me; definitely going back!

Delicious food! Flavour in every bite. We tried the Chapli kebabs which were to die for and the eggplant in tomato and yoghurt sauce. The mixed kebabs were really good too. Will definitely be coming here again!

Excellent food and service, we had the eggplant simmered in tomato, rice and chive bread. Really tasty, we will be back. No corkage charge

Hidden gem. Great food . Generous portions and super value. Owner is very friendly and welcoming. We were a group of 5 and ordered a selection of dishes . The Afghan dumplings and lamb shank pulao were particularly good. Would really recommend Kabul Charcoal - we’ll definitely be returning.
