Chookers to Chook! Experience was great, and we got plenty tipsy. Kangarilla was the standout stop, basically with unlimited tastings. Chook was great, and took great care of us! My only criticism, and this is tincy, is that all the places were really close together, so we didn't get much opportunity to "recover" between tastings!
We recently enjoyed a winery day tour with Chook in the McLaren Vale region. One of our most memorable days out - Chook really did go over and above to make sure we all had a great day out Thoroughly enjoyed the day - every winery was amazing and perfect for our small group! We had a great day out with Chook. We were picked up from Adelaide and taken to some lovely, smaller wineries in McLaren Vale + a sit down lunch. I would highly recommend!
Lovely conversation, funny and very knowledgeable about the region and about wine, truly a lovely day out in SA. Wineries were well selected, route was well curated and it was easy to organise wine purchases and shipping particulars. Lots of valuable local knowledge too! Will be recommending to friends back home!
Had the most lovely day with Kerrie Mrs Chook. We were treated with a luxury mini van and visited some beautiful boutique wineries and had lunch at Wirra Wirra where we were fed too much food. 10/10 wine tour with a great mix of wine styles and types made us feel like we didn't miss anything in McLaren Vale. Truly recommend!
Booked a Chook Winery tour for my friends and I group of 6 around McLaren Vale. We left it up to Chook to curate the perfect tour for us and we were blown away. Mrs Chook Kerry chaperoned us on our tour. She was patient, easy going and provided us with insight into the endless wineries around McLaren Vale. We were taken to some smaller wineries around McLaren Vale and we were not disappointed. Each place was unique, had its own little quirks and of course and diverse offering of wines. Our tour included lunch at Harry's Deli in Wira Wira and it was absolutely amazing, great value and lots of delicious food. Chooks winery tour gave us a glimpse into the wine offering in McLaren Vale and we will definitely be calling Chook again soon for another tour. Will recommend to all family and friends. Thank you for an amazing experience in McLaren Vale!
One of the most amazing wine tours we have EVER been on! Chook was simply the best! He knows McClaren Vale inside out and the wineries he showed us some of the best we've ever been too. I HIGHLY recommend Chook to anyone looking for a fantastic day in the Vale!

Chook made our day at McLaren Vale an absolute joy. He knows the people and places of the region and organised everything beforehand so that each winery we went to had everything ready for our experience. Chook took us to smaller wineries so we met the winemakers themselves. Beautiful day. Wonderful experience.
