We went there a couple of weeks back and the food was average. It was not as good as expected from a Nepalese cuisine. The customer service was not good as the guy looked unimpressed to see someone come in after 8 pm even though they were open till 9:30 pm. BE AWARE: Extra charges without any reason. Also, keep an eye on the receipt when you are paying. After paying them $73.20, we came back home and realised that we were charged around $9 more than the menu price. On calling the restaurant, they agreed to pay considering it as an error on their side but they never paid back. I called them again and also sent messages on google messaging but didn’t get my extra $9 back. This is very unprofessional and unethical from a restaurant. I live very far and never got time to go back and have a chat with them.
We travelled from Queensland, just randomly ended up in this place. What a great time!! Food was delicious and beyond expectations.. they also provided us with complimentary tea which was great Food tasted like home cooked food. We will come back again.
We got momos for entree and they were a bit overcooked. This is simple fair at decent prices. The stir fry was delicious but the noodle soup was far too oily. Probably wouldn't come here again.
Great deal of food with exquisite dishes from Nepal. More varieties could be added, but overall, it was a marvelous experience.Food: 4/5
Customer service : Don't have anything against the staff working there. She was polite and tried her best to provide good service, but the owners have a terrible attitude. Please don't expect a great reception. The place is small and if you are a Nepali, you feel like you don't belong there, in a "Nepalese restaurant". Food: Not terrible, maybe it was because I was starving, but nothing was authentic about it. All flavours tweaked to suit Aussie palates. Couldn't try momos cuz they were sold out. I would give 3 stars to khaja set and sekuwa. Chau chau was.... well... like a chau chau anyone can fry at home. Will I go back? Ummmm.... not really.
We really enjoyed the food here, its delicious! The staff is really friendly and helpful. Loved the momos, very juicy inside and tasty. The stir fry noodles are really tasty, so as the curry! Definitely would be back to try more dishes!Food: 5/5
The place was decent to dine in however the foods were not worthy of that much price. The Chow mein was plain and was nothing special and worthy to price $21. The Thali was not pleasant too. We had three Thali with different meats set but all had same sauce base and there were not that tasty too. It was plain for Nepali taste. The decorations were not pleasant at all. In all bad experience.
We had thaliset as lunch for the very first time here, and we absolutely love the taste.. because of the best food we had to returned again for momos and oh my god it was amazing. I would like to rate 5/5
Chomolungma means Mt Everest. Loved this place. Authentic Nepali food. Khaja set is best. Momo is no doubt awesome but sekuwa set is not authentic. It is meant to be cook in wood-fire. Staff is so friendly, Place is so clean. Highly recommended.
You can feel Nepali vibe’s, all the decorations are wonderful and we had thakali khana & taste was so good but you can feel portion is less as per price.
