We had a short 3 week window from our tenant leaving and us travelling overseas. The owners, tradesmen and Andy the project supervisor made the process so easy and efficient. From our first meeting in the showroom, which is very stylish with loads of great ideas, to making the final selection of the kitchen and bathroom, the process has had no pressure selling, only good advice. We were directed to a local tile supplier to make our choice and the lovely vinyl flooring was available at Exclusive showroom, so no running all over town. My husband was often onsite doing additional maintenance, but was never made to feel he was in the way. We had 3 quotes for the job and we found Exclusive bathrooms and kitchens were competitive and having one company to complete both bathroom, kitchen, plumbing and electrical made it so simple. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautifully completed makeover.

PS..had a plumber in today nothing to do with bathrooms& he made comment that the workmanship in new bathrooms-right down to silicone was very high quality & that tradesman obviously cared about job!

The Project Management was Awful. The workmanship was good on the whole. Bathroom, Ensuite, Toilet renovation. Quoted it would take three weeks.  It took 9. Only twice were there tradies there on consecutive days. Apologies were very forthcoming, but no reasons given & no accountability shown. 2.5% discount given as compensation. I will not ever recommend Exclusiv Kitchens Northside-which is a pity because a year ago they did my kitchen, dining, laundry and were great. What a difference a year makes.

Thanks Choice Bathrooms for the second bathroom you completed for us last week. We love it. You guys are true professionals in everything you do. From our past experience when you renovated our ensuite in 2013, we didn't even bother getting other quotes this time. We knew what we were going to get and you certainly delivered. Everything went smoothly and all the trades were friendly and respectful. To anybody reading this, if you want a truly professional company to deal with, you can't go past Choice Bathroom.

I contracted Choice for a bathroom renovation in December 2014 and was told that the job would be finished by the end of January. It is now April 2015 and the job is still not finished. I still have had no indication of a completion date and have spent countless hours with their staff listening to their excuses.  The work "completed" to date has not been completed according to the agreed contract and practically all company staff who I met in December have now resigned.  Management is argumentative about compensation for either the extensive delays or work not completed.  I expected far, far more. Save your money, time and sanity and AVOID CHOICE BATHROOMS!

Quite the long story but please read on and do not even consider buying from Choice / Exclusiv Kitchens or whatever it is they are calling themselves these days.  We used Choice Bathrooms last year to renovate our bathroom. We entered the showroom in Gaythorne and the lady who helped us was friendly and had some good advice. Going around their showroom we ticked off all of the things we required and the style of vanity we needed. We signed off on it and got the quote a few days later. We were heavily into our renovation and the only thing we were waiting for was the shower screen. Once we received it and were ready to install it we realized that they had sent us completely the wrong one!        Throughout their entire showroom, they only had shower screens that were frame-less, we told the lady that is what we wanted. What we got was a hideous clunky framed one. As soon as we opened the box and saw it was wrong we emailed Choice to let them know.  All they said was we were outside of their 7 day return policy so if we wanted to return it it would be a $150 restocking fee! This of course we argued with because why would we want a framed screen when we ordered a frame-less? It was 100% their fault. They even tried to tell us in an email that if we wanted a frame-less one, we would have had to pay extra because it was custom. .... .??? Are you for real?!?! Firstly, why would you only have the frame-less in the showroom and not tell your customers that in order to have the frame-less it will cost more. Secondly, that is blatant false advertising and entrapment to get a sale.  So weeks go by with back and forth arguments - they also take weeks to respond to our emails so the communication is terrible customer service. We even tried calling but were always told someone would call us back, that phone call never came. We asked to speak to the owner, Shane Beaton, many times but were given excuses, or no response at all. Finally, we just want to be done with the whole ordeal and return the screen to get some money back. My husband shows up at the store for one last chance to get them to waive the restocking fee. They ended up charging us $100 and gave us a heat lamp which we were fine with - we just wanted to put an end to this ridiculous situation. We were told we cannot receive a refund until they return the product to their 3rd party supplier, but once that is completed we would receive our refund. You won't believe what happens next.......  2 weeks pass by....no refund. Another week passes by, still no refund. We try to call their number, its disconnected. We try to check their website; its 'under construction'. So we google Choice and discover the company had gone broke and is in liquidation!!!! You can imagine how unhappy and angry we were!!  We managed to track down their 3rd party supplier in a last ditch effort to get our money back but they said unfortunately it wasn't returned to them between the 2 weeks we returned it to Choice and when they went broke. Their 3rd party supplier shared with us that ON TOP OF us not getting our shower screen refund, Choice has a bunch of the 3rd party supplier equipment that they haven't been paid for obviously Choice knew they were going broke - why else would they not return our screen or other products owed to people? So they could scam even more money out of people! The liquidator gave us a copy of all the money that is owed to many other families, contractors, 3rd party suppliers, you name it. Shane Beaton has completely screwed over many people. I was pregnant at the time and we were already very tight with money trying to finish a whole house renovation before the baby is born and our household going down to one income. This was an absolute kick in the guts. Another few weeks pass by, we drive by Choice frequently and we see a for sale sign up but the showroom hasn't been gutted, there is exactly the same set up. Then all of a sudden a new sign "Exclusiv Kitchens & Bathrooms" pops up. WHAT A JOKE! Shane Beaton is a total crook. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

The new Gaythorne showroom is great, the staff were all so helpful  & not pushy....we were given the time and info so we could choose what we wanted....so sales push. We were given a quote that was completely transparent and we felt like a part of the family. We definitely won't be using any other company for our next project!

Fantastic experience with Exclusiv Kitchens. Made it all so easy. The team were professional, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. Communication before, during and after was impressive and everything ran on schedule. Could not be happier with our new kitchen. Thank you to all involved.

Great easy process.  no dramas , no pressure and quite a fast turnaround.  Our bathroom is better than expected!!  thanks guys
