Nice place for sweets donuts hot chocolate drip sauce gifts and cards and they have a loyalty program and staff is very friendly and help full the table services is fast and I can't fault this place
Love this place. The food is always fantastic and well priced. The sundaes & iced drinks are to die for. Service is usually good, but could be better. Great place to go for a decadent, rich treat.
Lovely staff. Nice and clean
Poor service. Waitresses spent more time behind the bar talking than working, no one was clearing tables so the restaurant looked dirty. Won't be coming back & definitely do not recommend to anyone.
Lovely for desserts if you love chocolate. Not cheap but food always good with friendly staff. No main dishes just desserts
waiting for more than 1 and a half hours. we were over it and wanted a refund. the store only had 3 employees working with a whole restaurant filled with people. the 3 employees that were on tried to handle everyone but there wasn’t even a manager. bye i guess
Love this place. Have such a sweet tooth and my cravings are always satisfied
The waitress dropped half of my food onto the table and my mother, only offered to put more cream on my churro bowl instead of replacing the whole meal. Came back with a rag and just gave it to my mum to clean everything up. The water cups were all dirty, so couldn't even counteract all the sweetness. The hot chocolate was good, that's the only positive thing about this place. Would recommend only for a hot drink.
There is plenty of seating inside and out, but preferred out as there was a bit of an oil smell inside. Had a share platter and it was plenty for two or three. The churros were nice and fresh. Had the Spanish latte.... not worth it. Will stick to chocolate drinks there.
The food there is perfect and it has a very nice atmosphere!!!
