We keep turning up because it’s in a convenient location. Occasion was a table of 8. Other food items not pictured or reviewed. The staff here are very hard working. They’re quick to clear tables and service is as quick as it can be when it’s busy. On the downside is the freshness of their desserts in their display cabinet. This is the New York cheesecake. Aesthetically beautiful, but dry and wooden to eat. Their price point is a little high, but you’re paying for convenience and location. We will return from time to time, and really hope that the cold cabinet items improve.
The worst San Churros I've ever been to yet. Worst service, inattentive staff and uninterested to serve. Out of the pieces left of the cakes available.. they pack the one which is the smallest out of lot. One could easily see the other ones were larger, and they claim to have standard sizing! Not even asking or confirming. The taste was eyuck as well. Cheesecake was hard and tasted like plastic. Never coming back. Shame, the city one shut down. But thank god for the one at south bank. This seemed like a cheap copycat version of the original San Churros.
Very disappointed, got the order wrong, and once it was correct the drinks are nothing to boast about. The churrous were good, but that's about it, service was reasonably fast, but the place was dirty
Good place for people want to chat or enjoy chocolate, we ordered the thick choc drink, but they were very thick, just like melted chocolate, but the taste were still good. Highly recommended the first time guest order basic drink for the first time drink. The churros are nice.
Food quality was nice and the staff were friendly. Your staff member Erin was a total trooper through the evening while I was there, running around tidying the store and tending to all the tables. Thumbs up to her for doing a great job.
Love it. Aren’t the best churros I’ve ever had but was a cute experience with a nice aesthetic. Got the classic Spanish hot chocolate which was delicious and paid $2 extra for charity limited deal for double the amount churros. Was definitely worth going.
Hazelnut hot chocolates are the greatest thing ever! I visited this store today i received Great customer service, very friendly and professional staff. I Asked for the hazelnut hot chocolate which wasn't on the meau nomore but had it made for me anyways thanks to a guy called Noah. Very happy with the service. Thank you.
One of the best tasting Mochas I've had, was first time here also the most expensive milk drink for the standard size because only a few sips and it was all gone, mostly large quantity of cold ice inside the beverage
This location shut their doors a good 15 mins before their closing time. Staff purposely ignored a large number of patrons that were wanting to order. Very dissappointing.
Hanna was extremely hospitable. Even though we ordered take away she delivered our coffee to us outside with a smile. Thanks Hanna. :
