An absolute joke most arrogant, rude and obnoxious staff ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. Staff blatently ignored my friend and I while trying to communicate with them about products this was before we decided to leave and go to *penny worth of lollies* the next town over in Yarragon where the staff are always lovely and happy to help. Honestly if i could I'd leave 0 stars but it's not an option. Appalling
Disappointing service from the staff, over the years the service has been quite unfriendly but bearable. However, my little 11 y/o sister went into the store to buy lollypops for her birthday cake to be harassed for her vaccination certificate and chastised for taking a photo of the lollypop to check with her mum that she was buying the right one. Little kids are not supposed to return from a lolly shop crying. Small local businesses will not survive long with this level of poor customer service.

This chocolate shop has been around since I was a child and even then the customer service was not pleasant. My 11 year old sister went in for lollipops for her birthday and was questioned multiple times for her vaccination certificate and hassled when taking a photo to double check if it was the right one. No one should return to the car in tears after going to a lolly shop and yet her spirits were crushed and she is now terrified to go into any shops alone. Small businesses such as this one will soon suffer the consequences if customer service like his continues. I'm outraged and disgusted at how that is how they treat a child. Its going to take a lot of persuading to get me to give this shop business ever again.
This place has a great variety and it’s very affordable. The staff were also very lovely!

I love this shop for the last 30 years. It has lollies, chocolates and American treats and soda. Great, and friendly services.
Great service, very helpful staff and chocolates for all catering for lactose free, nutfree, dairy free and gluten free. Chocolates in blocks, individual, gift boxes and heaps of lollies for all tastes.
I ordered my friend who lives in warragul, melbourne a gift basket for her birthday and I live in Taupo, New Zealand. It was so easy and the women I spoke to was so helpful and amazing!!. Payment was made over the phone and it was effortless. My friend loved the thought and the chocolates she received. Thank you so much highly recommend
