Great hot chocolate, cakes and notes. Good coffee. Very popular & casual. Sadly the Choc Block has not renewed it's lease and we wish John and his family all the best for the future after many years of providing that serotonin fix for the community.
Good coffee, the older asian man needs to smile a bit, be pleasant with customers and realise we are not his enemy . Regardless, a good coffee shop thst i use regularly
Serves delicious Theobroma hot chocolates, with a decent range of cakes, slices and truffles too. Service is lacking sometimes depending on who is working.
Ordered a mocha and overheated it a lot, made it water like. I went to return it and they refused to remake it even though I pointed out the factors. Previous Batista taking here too. Poor customer service resolution
