Friday night in the beer Garden was one of the best evening meals, best service from the front desk, security staff and all waiting staff. I don’t know who the manager was, however it was a perfect evening with everything perfect. Congratulations all staff.
The meal was very tasty. But we had to wait quite awhile for it. Also i asked for a jug of water and it took 3 times before it came and only because my husband got upset. How hard is it to bring a jug of water over???. They did apologies and took a jug of pepsi of our bill to apologise. So over all, mixed reviews for this place.
Nice quiet pub for a quiet drink on weeknights after 9 pm. Was also taking advantage of the free post-mix coke.
Had a meal tonight with my wife the meal was ok . The service was second to non. I have to commend the attention the covid Marshall gave my wife and myself her name was Ann and went completely out her way to make our night a good one . Thank you Ann you are excellent at your job and no task is too much . Jenny and Terry

It's a Pakenham 4-star. Ok pub food best in Pakenham, low bar there though. Terrific service staff were so nice they must be hiding something and a fun playground for small kids.
