Down load the Cell O Park app. This app allows a pre day booking that starts automatically. Handy. The Latrobe Uni Agora food square offers multi cultural food choices at reasonable prices. Tables and chairs need a good pressure wash tho.
No air conditioning. Leaking roof condensation appearing with a vinegar type smell. Horrible accommodation services team. Takes forever for issues to be fixed such as heaters not working, broken pipes within the walls.nPretty sure there is a bunch of mould on the shower ceilings. Would. Not. Recommend.nOh, and an $8 processing fee for rent we are forced to pay onlinenOverall , save yourself from the mess.nEach night I have been here, I have either been dying from the heat, the cold , or horrible smells/ a leaking roof that has been ruining my belongings.
Don't waste your money here! It is absolutely not worth it. The showers get clogged with sewage water, and there is a infestation with crickets. Not only that, you're paying $440 a fortnight. Be aware!
If you’re planning on moving onto student accommodation I wouldn’t recommend Chisholm collage.nnCurrently writing in 2022 the University accommodation options are all run by University Lodge. This has resulted in students not being able to access support in regards to payment plans, rent deductions and repairs across the 12 towers.nnReported issues such as water being cut off for two months has led to people move out of their towers and with no reimbursement. Along with this there was no working washing machines and dryers for well over two months with yet again no reimbursement.nnAll and all start look for accommodation before this becomes your only option.
Even if someone dies here, no one will pick up ur call. The accom team was so helpful before, but rn its totally a mess! Sometimes they are very rude as well. Before letting ur kids stay in here, keep that in mind
