It was such a fun time. It was good for us because it was quiet, and the playgrounds divided according to the age group attracted attention, and the quality of the food was also good. However, I wore socks because the weather got cold, but my feet are still cold, so adults need indoor shoes.
The play centre is pretty good, my toddler always enjoys it. Could use a bit of maintenance on some of the equipment. The gate to the younger play area is broken. Replacing the toys in the baby area would be good too as many are quite old and dirty.
The place has a lot of potential and the kids love it. Unfortunately, it isn't cleaned enough see photos. I went twice, because invited by other parents. I would not organise anything here myself.
This playground is the best in the area, in my opinion. Because it is very spacious, with very large spaces for small children and babies and space for the bigger ones. As well as good coffee. However, I think it's in need of a good cleaning. You can see a layer of dust everywhere. It's not accessible to children, but it's in the air.
I took my little grandchildren here, one almost 2, the other almost 4. It was a bit dearer than I'd have liked, but they both had a fabulous time. It's good to have age restricted zones, especially when you have young children, although no-one appeared to be monitoring it. The play areas contain a good selection of equipment, with great opportunities for climbing, sliding and having fun. On the downside, the ball pools were seriously lacking balls, and some of the equipment is looking a bit worn and tatty. Socks are compulsory and I had a hard job making my grandson keep his on when he was asking why two of the mums weren't wearing any. If socks are compulsory, then the staff should apply the rule to ALL. I'd definitely take the children there again.
My 18 month old son had the best time here, so much play equipment and a big space for toddlers. I always make sure to wash his hands before we eat and give him a bath as soon as we get home. Never had any issues with cleanliness and I always supervise my son when I'm there. There are signs that adult supervision is required at all times so if your child "escapes" that's on you not the establishment.
Unfortunately this is the 2nd time coming to find the kitchen, coffee and centre closing early. The first thing you notice is its dark! Saving money on lighting are we? But it makes it so uninviting, or is to to try hide the many imperfections and areas that are closed! There's a beautiful layer of dust on the equipment, dirt, lack of balls in the ball pit, trampolines closed, adults not allowed on the slides with children, broken and poorly maintained equipment. The inflatable slide isn't working, the chairs have terrible covers and the whole place lacks energy, friendly staff, a working Cafe or a clean place for the kids. Don't waste your money... oh get this, for 1 hour, no kitchen or coffee it still cost $8 per child! Photos attached.
Great value for price. Some of the equipment in the toddler section has some wear and tear so the protective foam is gone and it's just the metal. My son had tons of fun and I will be coming back, might be best to stay with your kids whilst they play though.
Absolute disgrace of a business Play equipment was dirty and stained and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Balls in the ball pit were filthy and not to mention the big stains on the inflatable slide at the back of the building. Took my son their on Friday and had to take him to the hospital on Christmas Day as he caught a viral infection where his temperature had reached 39.9 and was suffering compulsions and having his eyes roll in to the back of his head Do not recommend this place to any parents in the area that are looking to take their kids out for an activity and strongly feel that the place needs to be shut down
Only giving you 2 stars because my son likes the equipment. We had a birthday party in a party room from 10:45 to 12:45. Well they started cleaning the room at 11:20am and this is when we the food was supposed to be served . The kids were so hungry I had to go and follow up 11 times until it was finally there at nearly 12pm. This is kid’s center were kids are the most important! This was a quite unpleasant experience and we do not recommend this center for any sort of parties!
