The staff is nice and always welcoming and friendly. The place needs some proper clean and renovations, at least the ripped of covers and torn apart nets with huge holes at the toddler section should be replaced.

Well set out,clean, and with decent coffee. I took my daughter here for a 5th birthday party and all the kids had a great time, the party room was pretty noisy though so I would advise against the urge to add trumpets and whistles to your table decoration unless you like your ears ringing for the next couple of hours. There’s plenty to play on with some fast slides, inflatables, ball pits and it looks pretty safe. Enjoy

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The owner was very rude and arrogant. When attending to the cries of my children she was only worried about the foam mats that I was stepping on..Not the safety of my kids. Which in that type of business is paramount regardless. My stay was made very uncomfortable from that moment forward. She did not seem to care. And her apology upon me leaving was smug and forced. I said "I will not be returning"and she seemed unfased. You need to go to school and learn about customer relations and the priority of safety. This is not acceptable.

Went for the first time today The center was one of the cleanest play centers I’ve been to The staff were so nice and helpful The coffee was really nice and the chips we ordered was a decent portion size We will be going back !

I like the way you guys bought some of the toys secondhand.   Why purchase more plastic when you can recycle and use second hand.   Good on you guys Lovely staff and service I love the layout as well

Medina on the front desk was very welcoming and had excellent customer service. I like the layout of the centre. Seems like family run family business and the staff were all nice. I liked that the staff were always cleaning up. Coffee is very good. Will definitely come to Wanneroo chipmunks again

Have been casual with kids, but decided to have our son's birthday party there and it was nothing short of amazing. Kids loved it, the party was on point with music, food, party packs, entertainment, adults could enjoy seating in private party room or in a quieter area in public area for a chat... Literally a full service, rocked up with kids and cake and left with kids and presents with nothing else to do and everyone impressed and happy with how exhausted their kids were, if you know what I mean.

Kids love this place for sure. There is quite a bit of seating around for parents during play, to be honest the coffee is average and the cafe prices and options are not the best. The staff that I interacted with were very friendly and engaging, they very obviously enjoy their jobs. One last thing- I think next time I will take earplugs as the kids high pitched constant screaming was a bit much. But Im sure you get that everywhere  but just a hint.

What a fantastic playcenter! We came here for a birthday party and loved it. The party rooms are such a great idea, affordable and the kids loved it. A great selection of different activities in the playground. The facilities were clean and staff so friendly and helpful. I'd return and recommend for sure.

Staff are wonderful, food was great and the playground my girls loved. Only wish there was a bouncy slide that was small enough for the little ones. Youngest wanted to go on but freaked out being bounced around so high up. Also half of the pressure guns for the foam balls weren't working. But overall great, will be going back there again.
