Very strict but very fast at the same time. Practically 1.5 min per customer, the queue goes through reallt quickly despite long snake lines before opening. Thankfully they would discontinue appointment requirements from november 2023 onwards and everyone could do walk ins.
It’s super efficient now. In and out in 3 mins.nAfter payment I even asked if I need to meet other counter, and the lady said all done.nIt’s a huge improvement now. No booking required, the passport on be collected in the same week. It is amazing! Thumbs up!
MOST REVIEWS ESPECIALLY BAD ONES ARE WRITTEN COZ OF THEIR FRUSTATIONS OR WHATSOEVER, THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE HARDLY WRITTEN BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE JUST HAPPY AND OKAY. Well, I read so many bad reviews on lady at Counter 5. This morning I was the 1st to to arrive outside at 8:35 and even have time to order a coffee. And this lady came in at 8:40 and just technically cut the line only 3 people deep. Anyway I was hoping it wouldn't be Counter5 servicing me...and minutes later I was being called to Counter5.....and my heart dropped. And actually SHE WAS VERY NICE LADY, SMILE AT ME AND WE EVEN CHATTED A LITTLE BIT....8 MINUTES LATER ITS DONE....IN AND OUT READY NEXT TUESDAY. I work in retails and sometimes I just don't feel like smiling to my customers. Thank you at the lady on Counter No;5.
This review is referring to the lady at COUNTER 5. I was quite happy with the quick service today I got my things done within like just 20mins, a short wait and super fast service perhaps thanks to the lady at counter 5. She was very rude, impatient, speaks very fast, shows no respect to clients, racist to her own kind as I witnessed her being a totally different person when facing a white guy. She was talking nicely laughed and even joked with the western guy just after me. That’s so shameful!nnI spoke mandarin with her and that’s mother language for both of us, even then I had to ask or beg her pardon multiple times so that she would repeat again in an extremely impatient manner.nnI was shocked at the time so I forgot to ask her name to mention in my review. However after reading a few negative reviews I figured that this lady claims she is always at counter 5 so there you go I’m here sharing my experience. If anyone ever needs to attend the visa centre and doesn’t want your day get ruined please avoid counter 5!
Wow was so much faster than I was told it would be! In and out in 45 min 2 adult and 2 child visas sorted. Photo copier available was super helpful 20cents a page and they had a computer if you needed to print something nZero stars to the woman who hogged it for half an hour trying to fill out her entire application then turned it off in a huff when she couldn't complete it nStaff were so fast and efficient and helpful!
