Nothing but bad experience on the phone and email. Absolute no relies whatsoever, live 30 minutes away and can’t reach it by phone to double check if my visa has been ready as website has no information despite searching everywhere. No replies on email or phone, so how would I know? Should I take a trip each time I have a question that can be answered by a single phone call?
Very strict but very fast at the same time. Practically 1.5 min per customer, the queue goes through reallt quickly despite long snake lines before opening. Thankfully they would discontinue appointment requirements from november 2023 onwards and everyone could do walk ins.
Very simple, easy, and quick process. In and out within 5-15 minutes. As long as you have all the required documentation, they will process your visa, no questions asked. There is also a printer for any last minute documentation you need to print out or forgot to print. Friendly staff who are helpful and will guide you through.
Didn’t realise the process was this efficient . All it took me was 20min to submit the documents.I shouldn’t have paid for 2 hrs of parking . The lady at the counter was super friendly as well. But don’t forget to print and take a copy of your passport, invitation and form. Also their express service takes at least 2 days, so if you are in a hurry please submit the documents beforehand unlike me xD
It’s super efficient now. In and out in 3 mins.nAfter payment I even asked if I need to meet other counter, and the lady said all done.nIt’s a huge improvement now. No booking required, the passport on be collected in the same week. It is amazing! Thumbs up!
