Very organised process to renew my passport, staffs are generally nice and explains things clearly. Happy with the service.nnOne suggestion is, the official app doesn’t notify when there’s a massage/update, hope the IT can improve it, or send us the email notification as well.

Never picks up their phone, and I mean NEVER!! Always a long queue with limited staff, make sure you be there early to try to get the simplest task done there. Small time frame for opening as well.

I have to say the service is perfect. I chose to use parcels to collect my passport but I left a wrong address. after several communication with them, I got their special permission to change my address. They really help me a lot and provide service from my perspective even though thats so complicated for them to deal with it when I cannot be there. Im so appreciate.

Firstly, we all have to understand that their jobs or duties at the office are nothing beneficial to anyone but just making everyone's life much more miserable. That's their KPIsnnAnd that explains why would they have such a super unfriendly working hours during the weekdays for all visitors. 9am - 12pm.nnAlso, why many people would need to make multiple journey to there to get one simple task done? Not just because people didn't have all the required domcuments prepared but due to they always get told a different set of requirements betweem online & face-to-face at the counter.nnThank you very much China for teaching us a meaningful lesson about your own culture, right before us entering into your country.

Good services. However, really complicated process.nPro Tip: BRING YOUR LAPTOP!!nand also make sure there is someone at home help to take photo of whatever you need. They have went to digital now. 100% digital. Can not manually write on application anymore. be aware of that.nnThey also need 48 hours PCR test for entry FYI.
