My Family and I ordered from here just tonight for my mothers birthday. We felt as though for the quality of food we got it really shouldn't have taken 40 minutes or cost as much as it did. Although the costumer service was brilliant, the wait was too long. I really hope that this restaurant is able to improve, maybe as a suggestion you could start by adding in some vegetables, not just onions. Unfortunately for us we found it so disappointing that we have decided to not come back.
Service was good. But I rang up during the day and booked a table with a high chair.. got there and she said they only had 1 high chair and it was being used. So I had a 17 month old running around. Not sitting still. We order fried rice, garlic chicken, honey prawns and got squid fritters for entree. 45 minutes waiting and the prawns had barely any honey on them, fried rice taste burnt, barely any chicken in the garlic chicken. And we got entree last. Wasnt given a bowl etc for our son Service 5/10 Food 3/10
Ordered a simple takeaway meal and waited for more than an hour and a half, was then told that they don't do one of the meals that was already ordered...vegetarian fried rice, to be then given a cold plain rice. No apologies and no discount was given for the inconvenience. Save yourself the time and frustration and eat elsewhere.
Restaurant full of angry people last night. All had been told there would be a 20 minute wait time, and ended up waiting closer to 2 hours. Food was below average. Poor flavor and quality. The wonton soup tasted like super salty, hot water. Sweet and sour chicken barely tasted like anything. Enough said.
Worst Chinese I've ever eaten. Too salty and no other flavours. Special fried rice consisted of super dry pink rice, 4 pieces of pork, a few shrimp and sliced shallots. Not very special. Sent 1 dish baxk and it came back exactly the same in taste! We advised lady it was the worst meal we've ever eaten and she still charged us $95! Cannot recommend.....
Very disappointed. Ordered the duck in plum sauce, turned out the thick yucky sauce with whole stack of deep fried batter, didn’t even have duck meat in it. Fried vegetable with bad taste sweet corn. Satay chicken which is soggy non fresh meat. Stop cheating the innocent local who don’t know about Chinese foods. Their food is not fresh
We had a group of 10 that went last night and couldn't fault it at all the food we ordered was absolutely beautiful and we ordered 10 dishes and they were tasty and hot!! The service was great!!! Recommend it to anyone!!
Me abd my partner were over the moon with the quality and quantity of food we ordered its was so delicious. Service was so quick and we loved the complementary prawn crackers we will definitely be going back soon.
Worst dining experience. 1 1/2 hrs wait for our $60 take away order. Told no refund allowed. Got home and the food was horrible. Will not be returning.
Takeaway pork in plum sauce - the pork itself mostly consisted of fat or bone, and was served in excessive batter. This came with a separate sauce which tasted nothing like plum sauce, and was quite unpleasant. To top it all, it came to over 20 dollars.
