Very nice dark themed interior with neon light decor and comfy lounges. Food was fantastic, lamb ribs were full of authentic flavours. Not super spicy, perfect balance so you can taste all the different spices/dimensions. Tea smoked fried rice was also a hit, full of taste. Highlight was the spicy fish fillets, superb taste and the portion was enormous! Will be back :
This restaurant serve authentic Sichuan dishes, right place for the numb spicy lover. The staff is attentive and give good service. The room bit too dark. The food taste good and delicious but on the high end of price.
This place serves authentic Sezhuan food. It used to be quite crowded, now we came here only second table in the whole resto. The lighting is a bit dimmed, feels like niteclub atmosphere. Nothing to complain about the food, all excellent. They are just a bit expensive, ranging from $25 to $70s, with average about high $30s. This time we ordered diced chicken, a bit surprise that it is cold dish. It is delicious nonetheles, and beef with bambooshots. Top notch.
Drinks after work and then headed to @ChinaChilli ordering the following: Braised Black Mullet with bean sprout, Chinese cabbage in chilli oil - definitely leaves your lips zinging, a little numb, and a sweat but this is very very tasty. Excellent flavour on the tender fish. Dried Fried Chicken with dried chillis, peanuts, sesame, and Sichuan peppercorns - packing a bite the chicken is crunchy and tender with a chilli hit to boot Ma-po Tofu served with beef mince, chilli, and Sichuan pepper oil - appears milder with the soft tofu absorbing all those flavours but a subtle chilli hit is present, very tasty dish Boiled Handmade Pork dumplings - something milder and these soft silk dumplings after being dipped in the sauce is delicious Boiled Beef Slice with hot stone in peppercorn and chili oil - wow, super tender marinated raw beef cooked in the hot stone and a bit rich upon tasting but so flavoursome. #Chinesefood #Chinatown #chilli #dumplings #tofu #chillioil #foodie #melbournefood #melbournecbd @zomatomelb
Terrible service. Staff are uninterested. Be prepared to have to chase them down just to ask for a table or place an order. Waited 1 hour for dumplings to come out. They were quite tasty but it seemed the kitchen forgot to make them until we enquired where they were. The other dish comprised of very little meat and SO MUCH chilli - it was almost unedible. We like spicy food but it was disappointing. The restaurant was unclean. Not great value for money either. Sorry - we won't be back.
My go to place to satisfy my sichuan food cravings. Be mindful that some of the dishes are quite spicy great ambience after renovation, service was great, a nice option for family gatherings.
The place is a little dark with mood lighting kind of place. Reminds me a little of a night club. Food is actually quite good, spice level is great, and price is a slightly on pricier side.
A really delicious place for sichuan food, everything was so perfect that lunch.

Love this place. I've been here at least a dozen times already and will be back many more times to come. Food is always delicious, and the service never disappoints. I definitely recommend this place if you have a taste for traditional Chinese food. There is no beef and black bean sauce or lemon chicken on the menu. This is the real stuff.
